Store Manager, Corneliani – Riyadh

Majid Al Futtaim is seeking a Store Manager for Corneliani in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves leading store operations to achieve sales targets and ensure an excellent customer experience.

Role Overview

The Store Manager holds full accountability for the daily operations and workforce of the store. This position is critical for managing and developing the store teams to maximize profitability, maintaining brand and Company image, and ensuring operational compliance, all while aligning with the overall business objectives at Majid Al Futtaim Lifestyle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the delivery of the highest levels of customer service by the entire store team.
  • Develop and implement approaches to attract new customers, expand store traffic, and enhance profitability.
  • Track brand performance, review stock levels, and monitor best sellers and slow-moving stock to generate action plans for sales growth.
  • Oversee compliance of subordinates with established company policies, procedures, and standards, including funds, properties, personnel practices, security, sales, and record-keeping.
  • Coach, train, and mentor store teams to enhance customer service through brand/product knowledge and overall retail understanding.
  • Ensure adherence to all Company Health & Safety, Security, and Compliance policies, raising concerns to the Excellence and Compliance team promptly.
  • Plan, organize, and execute in-store processes, including cash intake and handling, stockroom management, and stock-take administration.
  • Provide critical analytical feedback to the Operations, Buying, and Planning Departments regarding product, ranging, pricing, competitive activities, and market opportunities.

Qualifications and Experience

  • 4 – 5 years of industry experience with a proven managerial background.
  • A demonstrated record of maximizing business performance.

Identifies critical paths, convenes stakeholders for timely decisions, and makes difficult decisions, knowing when to escalate versus delegate.
