About the Tamheer Trainee Role at 2P Perfect Presentation

2P Perfect Presentation, a leader in Saudi Arabia’s ICT landscape since 2004, is seeking a Tamheer Trainee to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time position offers an opportunity for individuals with 0-1 years of experience to contribute to the company's mission of accelerating digital transformation and improving operational efficiency through integrated technology solutions. The role focuses on supporting the Organizational Development & Training department.

Key Responsibilities

The Tamheer Trainee will provide essential support to the Organizational Development and Training initiatives. Key duties include:

  • Supporting day-to-day activities within Organizational Development and Training.
  • Assisting in the preparation of reports, documentation, and administrative records.
  • Coordinating training schedules, meetings, and related activities.
  • Facilitating communication and coordination among internal stakeholders.
  • Supporting data collection, tracking, and reporting processes.
  • Contributing to various administrative and operational tasks within the department.

Qualifications and Requirements

Candidates for this position must meet the following criteria:

  • Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Management Information Systems (MIS), or a related field.
  • Be eligible for the Tamheer Program.
  • Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Exhibit good coordination and organizational abilities.
  • Possess strong reporting and administrative skills.
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Immediate availability to join is highly preferred.

Preferred Background and Skills

While not strictly mandatory, a background in Human Resources or Management Information Systems (MIS) is advantageous. Previous internship, volunteer, or university project experience is also considered a plus. The role requires strong skills in the following areas:
