About the Tower Crane Engineer Role

BEC Arabia is seeking a Tower Crane Engineer for a full-time position in Riyadh. This role is responsible for the technical management, operation planning, and coordination of tower crane activities throughout project execution. The position requires a minimum of 10 years of experience in tower crane operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Review tower crane installation, dismantling, and operation plans.
• Coordinate tower crane positioning and capacity requirements.
• Review crane technical documentation and certifications.
• Monitor tower crane maintenance and inspections.
• Coordinate with lifting teams and construction management.
• Ensure compliance with manufacturer requirements and safety standards.
• Support critical lifting activities.
• Maintain crane operation records.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A background in Mechanical or Civil Engineering is preferred.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience specifically with tower cranes.
• Demonstrated experience in high-rise or mega construction projects.
• Knowledge of tower crane installation and operation requirements.
• Relevant lifting or tower crane certification is preferred.
• Experience on GCC mega projects is required.

Work Context

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh. The role involves close collaboration with various project teams to ensure the safe and efficient operation of tower cranes on large-scale construction sites.
