About the Role

Synechron, a global consulting and technology services firm specializing in digital transformation, is seeking a UI/UX Designer for a full-time position in Riyadh. This role is integral to delivering innovative solutions for clients in the financial services sector.

Role Overview

The UI/UX Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing and designing user interfaces and experiences that are both visually appealing and highly functional. This position requires a strong understanding of user-centered design principles and the ability to translate complex requirements into intuitive digital products. The role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure design solutions meet user needs and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Design wireframes, prototypes, and interactive interfaces.
• Create engaging interaction elements and UX writing.
• Translate user research and UX concepts into visually appealing and functional interfaces.
• Design user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
• Create icons, buttons, menus, and other UI elements.
• Define user interactions, transitions, and animations effectively.
• Conduct user interviews, surveys, and usability tests.
• Analyze user feedback and data to guide design decisions.
• Stay updated on the latest UI/UX design trends, tools, and technologies.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or a related field.
• 5-10 years of proven experience in UX/UI design.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar software.
• Knowledge of core UI/UX design principles is essential.
• Experience with design software, including Figma, Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.
• A strong portfolio showcasing graphic design work.
• Ability to conduct user research to understand user needs.
