Key Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of marketing operations, ensuring smooth execution of campaigns and events.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality marketing initiatives.
- Manage purchase orders, invoices, and track budgeting to keep projects on schedule.
- Support the organization of engaging events, including logistics and on-site coordination.
- Work with agencies and vendors to produce marketing materials that align with our brand standards.
- Maintain marketing campaigns in SFDC to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Serve as the main point of contact for project organization, timeline alignment, and stakeholder communications.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree with 1-2 years of related experience.
- Experience in marketing operations and event coordination within a complex, multi-stakeholder environment.
- Proficient in both English and Arabic (oral and written).
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
- Strong stakeholder management capabilities, effectively handling both internal and external interactions.
- Ability to problem-solve and focus on details.
- Demonstrated accountability and a proactive, can-do attitude.
- Experience in budget management.
- A team player with a customer-focused mindset.
