We are looking for a creative and motivated individual to be part of our dynamic marketing team. As a Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing strategies and campaigns that resonate with our target audiences.

We are looking for a creative and motivated individual to be part of our dynamic marketing team. As a Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing strategies and campaigns that resonate with our target audiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define target audiences, customer segments, and set campaign goals.
- Plan and manage content calendars and social media content.
- Write marketing copy and engaging captions.
- Coordinate photo and video shoots and collaborate with designers, photographers, influencers, content creators, and marketing agencies.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns.
- Prepare marketing reports as needed.
- Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Design, Product, and Growth teams to ensure alignment with company goals.
- Organize and attend marketing events.
- Ensure brand consistency and maintain the Dabdoob brand identity.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in Branding, Marketing, or a comparable area.
- Good knowledge of marketing strategies and digital marketing.
- Knowledge of marketing trends and audience behavior within the Saudi market.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Fluent in English.
- Strong communication and creative skills.
