About the Role
We are looking to hire a Senior Marketing Specialist to support the execution of marketing strategies, campaigns, and initiatives. This role focuses on hands-on execution, coordination and day-to-day management of marketing activities, with a strong emphasis on digital marketing and campaign performance.

We are looking to hire a Senior Marketing Specialist to support the execution of marketing strategies, campaigns, and initiatives. This role focuses on hands-on execution, coordination and day-to-day management of marketing activities, with a strong emphasis on digital marketing and campaign performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the execution of marketing strategies, campaigns, and initiatives.
- Oversee daily marketing activities to ensure timely and efficient execution.
- Manage and support digital marketing activities, including social media accounts and website content.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies regarding campaigns and content delivery.
- Coordinate with tenants on marketing campaigns to ensure alignment with the mall’s overall marketing plan.
- Monitor digital performance and campaign progress, and support reporting and analytics.
- Ensure brand consistency and adherence to approved brand guidelines across all marketing channels.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- 3–4 years of experience in marketing, preferably within retail, real estate, or mall environments.
- Hands-on experience in digital marketing, social media management, and content coordination.
- Strong coordination, follow-up, and execution skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and agencies simultaneously.
- Good analytical skills and basic experience with marketing performance reporting.
- Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage).
