About the Role

Role Purpose and Focus

The Marketing Specialist will focus on planning and executing comprehensive marketing campaigns, managing brand identity, and professionally elevating the company's visibility. This position requires a proactive approach to marketing real estate projects and engineering services, ensuring effective outreach and engagement with potential clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and implement marketing plans and strategies.
• Manage social media accounts and create engaging marketing content.
• Plan and manage digital advertising campaigns, including analyzing their performance and results.
• Coordinate with designers and production companies for the preparation of marketing materials.
• Develop presentations, brochures, and detailed project profiles.
• Market real estate projects and engineering services across various channels.
• Contribute to attracting potential clients and converting leads into business opportunities.
• Prepare periodic reports on campaign performance and key marketing indicators.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities, suggesting developmental ideas.
• Organize real estate auctions and coordinate with all relevant parties to ensure their success and objective achievement.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing.
• Practical experience of not less than three years in a relevant marketing role.
• Proficiency in the English language.
