We are seeking a dedicated Junior Accountant to support our daily accounting and financial activities at Gala Rose, ensuring accurate recording of sales, expenses, and supplier payments in line with company procedures. This role is vital in maintaining the financial integrity of our operations.

We are seeking a dedicated Junior Accountant to support our daily accounting and financial activities at Gala Rose, ensuring accurate recording of sales, expenses, and supplier payments in line with company procedures. This role is vital in maintaining the financial integrity of our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Record daily sales transactions and expenses.
- Prepare and record invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers.
- Assist in managing accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Perform basic cash and bank reconciliations.
- Support monthly financial reporting.
- Maintain organized accounting records and documentation.
- Assist with tax-related documents as required.
- Support the owner/management with basic financial information.
Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in an accounting role (retail experience is an advantage).
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to handle cash and daily sales records.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
