In this role, you'll be instrumental in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions in the financial and payment ecosystem.

We are excited to announce an opportunity for a talented Business Analyst to join our client, a prominent player in the Financial IT & Digital Solutions landscape across the GCC. In this role, you'll be instrumental in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions in the financial and payment ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements.
- Support the implementation of payment and banking systems (RTGS, ACH, Remittances).
- Conduct gap analysis and define AS-IS / TO-BE processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design functional solutions.
- Ensure compliance with banking, payment, and customer journey standards.
- Participate in workshops, testing, and solution validation with clients.
Qualifications:
- Solid understanding of banking and payment schemes (RTGS, ACH, Remittances).
- Knowledge of domestic and cross-border payment flows.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and elicitation skills.
- Familiarity with SWIFT MT/MX messaging and accounting cycles (a plus).
- Excellent English communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Willingness to relocate to KSA and travel as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, IT, or related field.
