Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with the Musaned team in identifying business requirements and areas for improvement.
  • Analyze capability regarding the product/business overall.
  • Document business requirements and coordinate ongoing reviews of processes.
  • Gather critical information from meetings with stakeholders and produce actionable reports.
  • Collaborate closely with clients, technicians, and managerial staff.
  • Update and maintain procedures, ensuring timely completion of projects.
  • Perform other duties as required by the direct manager.

Job Requirements:
  • University Degree in Business Studies, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 0 - 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Excellent time management and analytical thinking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Process Improvement:
  • Identify opportunities to optimize processes and enhance business analysis practices.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement within the Agile framework.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in business analysis within Agile teams.
  • Strong experience in process modeling, requirements documentation, data analysis, and UAT.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to fast-changing environments.

  • Strong understanding of financial instruments and settlement systems.
  • Experience with business analysis tools like JIRA and Confluence.
  • Excellent documentation and communication skills, fluency in Arabic and English.

Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with Capital Market solutions such as Murex or Nasdaq.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Strong stakeholder management abilities.

الخبرة المطلوبة

التعليم
