About the Role:
The Marketing Manager plays a key role in delivering WSP’s growth marketing strategy within the Middle East Region. This role is responsible for shaping and deploying marketing plans aligned with WSP’s strategic objectives, brand, and business targets. The Marketing Manager delivers marketing strategies and tactics to ensure brand awareness and business growth in the Middle East, in alignment with WSP’s global brand and global strategic action plan.
Responsibilities:
- Translate global and regional marketing strategies into locally relevant initiatives for the Middle East market.
- Shape and deliver marketing initiatives to support regional growth areas as well as work winning strategies.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with key sector stakeholders.
- Regularly report on the performance (ROI) of marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Communications colleagues globally and in corporate services.
- Ensure all initiatives adhere to established processes, deadlines, and budgets.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business administration, with 8+ years of relevant experience.
- Strong interpersonal skills with experience working with senior leadership teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
- Knowledge of marketing and communication technologies, including AI.
- Capability to work autonomously and manage projects with minimal supervision.
- Creative and innovative thinker eager to adapt to the evolving marketing landscape.
