At Tahaluf, the largest B2B live and on-demand events organiser in Saudi Arabia, we are looking for an Operations Manager who thrives in a dynamic environment. As part of our ambitious team, you will be at the forefront of organizing record-breaking events like LEAP and Black Hat MEA.

Your Role:
As the Operations Manager, you will manage the delivery of assigned events while ensuring they meet the highest standards. Your responsibilities include:
  • Being the key contact for all matters related to your allocated shows.
  • Setting and achieving operational budgets.
  • Overseeing show management and technical delivery of events.
  • Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and sustainability regulations.
  • Managing communication with suppliers and the operations team.

Your Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you need:
  • A degree or equivalent education.
  • Proven experience managing operations for large events.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent command of English and Arabic.

  • إلمام جيد بأنظمة الصيانة.

About the Role:
As an Operations Manager - Accounting at Alaan, you will serve as an expert for all customer-facing accounting-related issues and queries. Your role will involve:

What We’re Looking For:
Applicants should possess:

  • Familiarity with accounting systems such as Xero, QuickBooks, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle Netsuite, Zoho Books, or Odoo.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and comfort working with technical teams and APIs.
