The Role
This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to manage our social media efforts, ensuring our brand engages effectively with our audience across various platforms. Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end social media workflow, including research, ideation, execution, and reporting.
• Understand B2B and B2C real estate services, translating them into compelling content.
• Stay updated on trends in Saudi's real estate scene and monitor brand perception.
• Showcase consultancy successes and thought leadership through engaging social media tactics.
• Benchmarking to discover new content ideas, trends, and collaboration opportunities.
• Lead the content generation process to keep our social feeds active and engaging.
• Collaborate with a copywriter and designer to create dynamic content, including posts and video scripts.
• Coordinate with media partners to optimize and report on paid campaigns.
• Utilize social media management tools for effective reporting.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in social media, content, or digital marketing.
• Expert knowledge of key social media platforms.
• A video-first mindset for driving engagement.
• Proactive, self-starter with excellent multitasking skills.
• Strong storytelling skills in both English and Arabic.
• Experience in content production and video workflows.
