Join Halian as a Recruitment Manager!
Our client is seeking a seasoned Recruitment Manager to join the Talent Acquisition team based in Riyadh, KSA. In this pivotal role, you will support recruitment across various sectors including Insights & Data, Business Units, and corporate functions.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for technology and consulting roles across the Middle East.
  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies.
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline, especially for tech roles.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across KSA and UAE to ensure hiring needs are met.
Your Requirements:
  • +10 years of recruitment experience, preferably in IT services or consulting.
  • Proven track record in tech recruitment and strategic hiring.
  • Experience working with business consultancy or agency background.
  • Strong stakeholder management and organizational skills.
  • Arabic speaker mandatory.

  • معرفة متعمقة بدورة التوظيف وتقنيات المقابلة.
  • خبرة في إدارة فريق التوظيف.
  • إجادة استخدام برامج ATS والموارد البشرية.
  • مهارات تواصل وحل مشكلات استثنائية.

About the Position:
The position of Manager – IT Recruitment in Riyadh, KSA offers an exciting opportunity for a seasoned recruiter to lead the in-house talent acquisition strategy for a leading multinational company. This role is pivotal for enhancing the organization's capabilities in sourcing the best IT talent while ensuring compliance with local labor laws and government requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize a deep understanding of Saudi labor laws to navigate through hiring processes.
  • Manage government portals effectively and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:
  • 8–10 years of hands-on recruitment experience within IT companies (in-house experience is mandatory; agency/vendor/service-based profiles will not be considered).

  • Strong command of both Arabic and English languages.
