We are looking for a talented Finance Manager to lead our financial operations at FalakCart, a leading e-commerce platform that empowers merchants to achieve online success. This pivotal role involves overseeing the entire financial function, ensuring accuracy and compliance, while supporting decision-making in our fast-growing digital environment.

We are looking for a talented Finance Manager to lead our financial operations at FalakCart, a leading e-commerce platform that empowers merchants to achieve online success. This pivotal role involves overseeing the entire financial function, ensuring accuracy and compliance, while supporting decision-making in our fast-growing digital environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee all financial operations including accounting, reporting, and month-end/year-end closings.
- Manage financial activities related to our marketplace, including customer wallets, commission structures, vendor payouts, and affiliate settlements.
- Ensure accuracy in financial reconciliations across systems, payment gateways, and bank accounts.
- Supervise online payments and manage treasury activities.
- Prepare and manage annual budgets and develop ongoing financial forecasts.
- Monitor financial performance through variance analysis and provide actionable insights.
- Ensure compliance with VAT regulations and local financial requirements.
- Collaborate with leadership to support strategic decision-making and expansion plans.
- Manage and develop the finance team, promoting accuracy and accountability.
Qualifications:
- 8–12 years of experience in finance/accounting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (MBA or relevant certification is a plus).
- Proficiency in Financial Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting, and Financial Analysis.
- Strong understanding of Accounting Principles, Financial Reporting, and Compliance.
- Experience in Risk Management and Cash Flow Management.
- Hands-on experience with payment gateways and reconciliations.
- Familiarity with Saudi regulations (VAT / ZATCA).
- Fluency in Arabic & English is essential.
