About the Role:
As a Regional Sales Manager, your responsibilities will include learning OPSWAT technology, developing and implementing strategic account plans aimed at deploying our Cybersecurity platforms and solutions. You will build and maintain relationships with key accounts, leverage company resources effectively, and negotiate and close new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategically target business opportunities in key verticals.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales quotas.
• Communicate value propositions tailored to client needs.
• Utilize client-centric, solutions-oriented selling strategies.
• Maintain detailed account information in Salesforce CRM.
• Forecast and report revenue projections accurately.

What We Need From You:

• Minimum of 5 years experience selling technology products and solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience.
• Proven track record in complex solutions sales.
• Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, autonomous environment.
• Fundamental understanding of security threats and solutions is preferred.
