Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of key strategic accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
- Develop and execute tailored account plans to meet client objectives.
- Establish strong relationships with key customer stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Identify new opportunities for revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling.
- Lead contract negotiations and ensure profitable agreements.
- Utilize Salesforce for managing account activities and measuring sales performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with 4+ years of experience.
- Background in Engineering or Technical Sales, particularly in Simulation Software.
- Experience managing strategic accounts in a B2B environment.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to travel as needed.
