Join Our Team as an Assistant Manager Finance!
We are looking for a driven Assistant Finance Manager to join our Finance team and support Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A). This role will be key in financial reporting, planning, and business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead FP&A activities: budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.
Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.
Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable insights on business performance.
Collaborate with business units on new opportunities, cost optimization, and capital projects.
Coordinate audits and maintain strong internal controls.
Mentor and support junior finance team members.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
5–7 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in FP&A or management reporting.
Strong analytical and financial modeling skills; advanced Excel; ERP & Power BI proficiency a plus.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Strong business acumen and stakeholder management skills.

Job Purpose:
This role reports to the Manufacturing Applications Manager and involves implementing and maintaining manufacturing applications in our smart factory. Key responsibilities include:

Support the implementation and operation of manufacturing solutions from requirement gathering to system commissioning.
Steer solution design and implementation for manufacturing applications.
Implement close quality loop and manufacturing engineering applications.
Manage third-party vendors to ensure software delivery.
Provide Level 2–3 system support for implemented applications.
Train and mentor operational teams on software and tools.
Align with solution architects on the Manufacturing IT landscape.

Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years in a similar role, with experience in implementing manufacturing solutions.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle (Waterfall and Agile) and manufacturing processes.
- Knowledge of MES, PLM, SAP, and low-code platforms is beneficial.
