We are searching for a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Specialist to enhance our visual content production across various platforms. This role is designed for fresh graduates and those with up to 1 year of experience who possess a strong design portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and create visual materials including social media graphics, full visual identities, and creative advertisements.
- Adhere strictly to clients' brand guidelines and visual identity manuals.
- Collaborate with content, strategy, digital marketing, and project management teams for cohesive creative solutions.
- Engage in team meetings and brainstorming sessions to foster innovative ideas.
- Deliver high-quality design projects on time.
- Stay updated on the latest design trends and software tools, applying these innovations to projects.
- Propose creative directions and visual concepts that align with company and client goals.
- Contribute to continuous improvements in the creative process and internal design standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
- Experience in a marketing or creative agency is preferred.
- Experience with content management systems is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.).
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Monday, Trello, or Asana.
