Join our team as a Senior Project Coordinator!
Urbacon Saudi Company is seeking a dedicated and skilled individual to take on the vital role of Senior Project Coordinator. This position is pivotal in ensuring the successful execution and delivery of complex projects through advanced coordination and project management. The ideal candidate will hold substantial experience in managing multiple projects concurrently and will work in close collaboration with Project Managers and cross-functional teams, taking on a strategic and leadership-focused role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, ensuring alignment with goals and objectives.
  • Identify risks and bottlenecks proactively, providing strategies for mitigation.
  • Liaise effectively with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Create, distribute, and oversee high-level project documentation including contracts and progress reports.
  • Schedule and facilitate project meetings, documenting important action items.
  • Support resource allocation across multiple projects for optimal efficiency.
  • Monitor project budgets and performance, identifying variances and contributing to cost control efforts.
  • Develop risk mitigation strategies and ensure quality control throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years of working experience, with 3 years in relevant project management.
  • Preferably 2 years of experience in the GCC.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field; PMP certification is required.
  • Proficient in project management software such as Microsoft Project or Primavera P6.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
