As a Senior Maintenance Engineer, you will play a critical role in managing the operation, maintenance, and optimization of advanced security systems, including Networking, CCTV, ACS, IDS, and power infrastructure. You will coordinate with clients and oversee technicians to ensure optimal system performance.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics, Telecommunication, IT, or related fields (Physics background preferred).
• Certifications such as CCNA/CCNP and experience with CCTV, ACS, Biometrics, ANPR, and Video Analytics platforms preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in security systems engineering, ideally in large-scale or turnkey projects.
• Strong technical, installation, and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent English communication and reporting skills.
• Proficient in computer applications and technical documentation.
• Strong project coordination, stakeholder management, and people management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Job Responsibilities:

• Monitor fault logs and perform immediate fault identification and rectification.
• Coordinate with clients, IT teams, facilities management, and site resources to resolve system issues.
• Conduct root cause analysis and prepare technical reports on faults and incidents.
• Identify recurring system issues and recommend corrective actions during PPMs and callouts.
• Maintain and update system firmware, security patches, and configurations across all sites.
• Ensure system connectivity to Control Rooms and Security Offices.
• Maintain system documentation, logs, service reports, and maintenance records.
• Implement network security measures and ensure compliance with IT standards.
• Manage system startup/shutdown procedures and monitor system performance.
• Supervise technicians, review daily progress reports, and provide alternative technical solutions when required.
• Prepare test reports for cabling, power management, and system terminations.
• Handle emergency breakdowns and provide troubleshooting support for hardware and software.
• Provide refresher training to end users when required.

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Engineer to manage preventive and corrective maintenance of fire protection and fire alarm systems. This role is crucial to ensure all systems remain fully operational, compliant with the relevant standards, and ready to respond during emergencies.

• Inspect and maintain fire alarm systems, sprinklers, pumps, hydrants, clean agent, and foam systems.
