Job Requirements:

لضمان الاعتمادية والأداء الأمثل لجميع الأنظمة الميكانيكية من خلال قيادة أنشطة الصيانة الميكانيكية، وتقديم الخبرة الفنية، وتنفيذ استراتيجيات وقائية تقلل من التوقف، وتعزز السلامة، وتدعم كفاءة الإنتاج المستمرة.

مجالات المسؤولية الرئيسية

تنفيذ الصيانة والدعم الفني: قيادة وتقديم الدعم الفني الخبير لفريق الصيانة في حل الأعطال الميكانيكية غير المخطط لها لضمان العودة السريعة للإنتاج. تشخيص حالات فشل الأنظمة الميكانيكية والهيدروليكية والنيوماتية وتنفيذ إجراءات تصحيحية فعالة. التنسيق مع الموردين للآلات والمعدات للإصلاحات، وتوريد قطع الغيار، والاستشارات الفنية.
الصيانة الوقائية وإدارة الأصول: تطوير، جدولة، والإشراف على خطط صيانة وقائية وقوائم فحص لجميع الأنظمة والمعدات الميكانيكية. إدارة مخزون قطع الغيار بشكل فعال، تحديد الموردين البديلين، ودفع تحسين التكاليف دون المساس بالاعتمادية. الإشراف على المقاولين بموجب عقود الصيانة السنوية (AMC) وضمان التزامهم بالنطاق والجودة ومعايير السلامة.
