Join Teef Najd Group as a Senior Procurement Engineer!
We are seeking a highly skilled professional to manage technical and engineering procurement activities. You will ensure the timely sourcing of materials and equipment in line with project specifications, quality standards, and cost objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze project requirements and coordinate with technical departments.
Prepare RFQs, evaluate quotations (technical & commercial), and recommend suppliers.
Negotiate with vendors to achieve optimal pricing, terms, and delivery.
Ensure all purchased materials meet required specifications and drawings.
Monitor and follow up on purchase orders and supplier performance.
Prepare periodic reports and provide recommendations to management.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, architectural, or related field).
Minimum 5 years of experience in engineering procurement or construction.
Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
Proficient in procurement systems and Microsoft Office.

خبرة في نظام المشتريات الحكومية.
معرفة قوية بالموردين المحليين وسلاسل الإمداد.
إجادة العمل على أنظمة ERP.
مهارات تفاوض وتحليل ممتازة.

NMR Real Estate is seeking a highly skilled Procurement Engineer to support our real estate and construction projects. In this role, you will manage procurement activities, ensuring optimal sourcing of materials and suppliers while negotiating contracts to ensure timely delivery for ongoing and upcoming projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end procurement activities for construction and real estate projects.
Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure high-quality materials at competitive prices.
Prepare and review purchase orders, contracts, and procurement documentation.
Coordinate with engineering, projects, and finance teams to meet material specifications, timelines, and budgets.
Monitor supplier performance and maintain strong vendor relationships.

Requirements & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.
5–7 years of experience as a Procurement Engineer, preferably in construction or real estate projects.
Strong knowledge of materials, suppliers, and procurement processes.
Excellent negotiation and vendor-management skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
