Join PepsiCo as a Senior Route Salesman!

We are seeking a passionate individual to join our sales team as a Senior Route Salesman, responsible for maximizing sales volume and providing high levels of customer service.

Job Purpose:
The primary role involves:

• Maximizing sales volume while minimizing stales.
• Achieving distribution targets and implementing merchandising standards.
• Collecting accounts receivable and delivering high-quality customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Sell the full range of products to an agreed list of customers, measured against targets.
• Ensure customers receive approved service standards and manage call frequency.
• Conduct daily and weekly vehicle checks, maintain cleanliness, and report any defects.
• Agree on order requirements daily for the next selling period.
• Maintain individual customer stock levels to avoid out-of-stock scenarios.
• Implement agreed in-store merchandising with supervisor collaboration.
• Report competitor activity to the supervisor during daily debriefs.
• Conduct daily financial reconciliations of sales transactions.
• Adhere to grooming standards and driving regulations.

Qualifications:

• Strong customer service skills and effective communication abilities.
• Proficient in English and Arabic, both verbal and written.
• Good analytical skills.
