Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with basic technical or service-related issues and guide them through solutions in a clear and supportive manner.
• Handle complaints with patience and professionalism, escalating complex issues to appropriate teams when necessary.
• Process orders, returns, exchanges, and service requests efficiently.
