Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence. Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify new opportunities.
- Team Leadership & Development: Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals, providing training, mentorship, and performance feedback.
- Sales Performance Management: Monitor team performance against KPIs, set objectives, and ensure alignment with company growth plans.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with key clients and address customer concerns to ensure satisfaction.
- Sales Process Optimization: Review and refine sales processes for efficiency and scalability.
- Collaboration with Other Departments: Work with marketing and product development teams to create integrated sales campaigns.
- Reporting & Forecasting: Develop accurate sales forecasts and present updates to senior leadership.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 810 years of experience in sales, with at least 35 years in a managerial role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills; proven track record in achieving sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
