استقبال العملاء ومساعدتهم على اختيار الطاولة المناسبة.
تقديم قائمة الاغذية والمشروبات المتاحة وتقديم معلومات تفصيلية عن المكونات والحساسية الغذائية المحتملة.
تجهيز وإعداد الطاولات والتأكد من العدد المناسب للاواني وزجاجات المياه وباقي تجهيزات طاولة الطعام.
تعريف العملاء بالعروض المتاحة لهذا اليوم.
مساعدة العملاء وتقديم توصيات على القائمة عند الطلب.
المشاركة في بيع المنتجات عند الاحتياج.
الحصول على طلبات دقيقة من الطعام والشراب ، باستخدام برنامج طلب نقاط البيع أو طلب قسائم.
إبلاغ تفاصيل الطلبات إلى موظفي المطبخ.
تحضير وتجهيز طلبات الأغذية والمشروبات.
التأكد من نظافة الأطباق والأدوات وفرزها بشكل مستمر.
ترتيب واعداد الطاولة والحفاظ على الشكل المناسب للمطعم.
تسليم الشيكات وجميع الفواتير بشكل دوري.
متابعة الاطباق والمعدات الغير نظيفة وحملها الي الجزء الداخلي للمطعم لقسم التنظيم.
مراجعة العروض الخاصة اليومية والتغييرات في القائمة والمواصفات.
اتباع القواعد الخاصة بالنظافة والصحة والسلامة.
