Join Fairmont the Red Sea as a Food & Beverage Manager and be part of a groundbreaking luxury resort positioned along the Red Sea's stunning coastline. Our resort, featuring 361 rooms and 11 unique dining venues, aims to set new standards in sustainable development and luxury hospitality.

As the Food & Beverage Manager, you will report directly to the Cluster Director of Food & Beverage and play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and financial success of our F&B outlets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of all F&B outlets, ensuring high standards of service and guest satisfaction.
• Coordinate effectively with kitchen and service departments to guarantee guest satisfaction.
• Analyze performance metrics to optimize profitability while maintaining our luxury service standards.
• Lead and mentor a diverse team to achieve operational excellence.
• Conduct training programs focused on enhancing guest experience.
• Manage departmental budgets and cost controls to optimize financial performance.
• Foster practices that align with sustainable development initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
• 5–7 years of progressive experience in F&B management in luxury environments.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Financial acumen with experience in budgeting and cost control.
• Excellent command of English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
