As the Food & Beverage Manager, you will report directly to the Cluster Director of Food & Beverage and play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and financial success of our F&B outlets.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee daily operations of all F&B outlets, ensuring high standards of service and guest satisfaction.
- Coordinate effectively with kitchen and service departments to guarantee guest satisfaction.
- Analyze performance metrics to optimize profitability while maintaining our luxury service standards.
- Lead and mentor a diverse team to achieve operational excellence.
- Conduct training programs focused on enhancing guest experience.
- Manage departmental budgets and cost controls to optimize financial performance.
- Foster practices that align with sustainable development initiatives.
Qualifications:- Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
- 5–7 years of progressive experience in F&B management in luxury environments.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Financial acumen with experience in budgeting and cost control.
- Excellent command of English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
