As a Host at the Communication Center in the Grand Hyatt The Red Sea, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of the department in alignment with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards. You will be responsible for assisting the Assistant Communication Center Manager in overseeing our Communication Center, which includes hotel operators, order takers, and designated guest service officers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the daily operations of the Communication Center.
  • Ensure exceptional service to guests and effective communication within the team.
  • Assist in managing the department according to brand standards.

Qualifications:
We are looking for candidates with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management, along with at least 2 years of experience in hotel operations. Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential for this position.

General Role:
As Swimming Coach at Miraval The Red Sea, your primary role is to deliver expert aquatic instruction that combines physical conditioning, breath control, and mindful movement. Through personalized coaching and immersive water experiences, the Swimming Coach supports guests in building confidence, strength, and a deep connection to their breath and body in the water. This role inspires guests of all skill levels—from beginners to advanced swimmers—offering transformative sessions that support Miraval’s philosophy of holistic well-being, emotional balance, and inner calm.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coaching & Guest Engagement: Deliver personalized swimming sessions for all skill levels, lead group aquatic classes, and emphasize body awareness and mental clarity during swim practices.
  • Program Development & Innovation: Design and implement creative swim programs and stay informed on current aquatic trends.
  • Safety & Risk Management: Perform daily inspections of pool areas and follow health and safety protocols.
  • Operations & Service Excellence: Ensure a luxurious, organized environment and support broader wellness operations.
  • Revenue Generation & Guest Upselling: Promote and upsell swim sessions and wellness services.
  • Guest Relations & Emotional Support: Develop meaningful relationships with guests and support their emotional needs.
  • Team Collaboration & Leadership: Work in harmony with wellness teams and mentor junior staff.
  • Professional Development & Brand Support: Engage in training programs and support marketing efforts.

Qualifications:
Certified Swimming Instructor, current CPR and First Aid certification, minimum 2 years of experience, and excellent communication skills. Arabic language skills are a bonus.

Physical Demands:
Fit posture.

Work Environment:
Mostly outdoor and indoor for administrative purposes.
