You will be responsible for assisting the Assistant Communication Center Manager in overseeing our Communication Center, which includes hotel operators, order takers, and designated guest service officers.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the daily operations of the Communication Center.
- Ensure exceptional service to guests and effective communication within the team.
- Assist in managing the department according to brand standards.
Qualifications:We are looking for candidates with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management, along with at least 2 years of experience in hotel operations. Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential for this position.
