We are seeking creative individuals to work with us and our partners. As a Graphic Designer, your task is to create engaging and innovative motion and static graphics that capture audience attention by developing and implementing captivating graphics for a variety of platforms, including videos, presentations, social media, and websites!

Key Responsibilities:

• Create static and motion social media designs.
• Design and illustrate appealing motion graphics that align with brand identity and visual messaging.
• Develop animated elements, transitions, and effects to enhance video content.
• Research and follow the latest industry trends and techniques to continuously improve your skills and creative output.
• Manage project timelines and deliver high-quality work within set deadlines.
• Communicate and collaborate effectively with team members, incorporating feedback to enhance graphic designs.
• Edit and refine motion graphics for various platforms while ensuring compatibility and optimal performance.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in graphic design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating your motion and static design projects.
• Proficient in Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Experience in 3D Modeling & Animation.
• Experience in Video Editing.

• تطوير استراتيجيات المبيعات: تصميم استراتيجيات تسويق ومبيعات مخصصة للسوق العقاري المستهدف.
• التواصل مع العملاء وإغلاق الصفقات: بناء علاقات قوية مع العملاء المحتملين من خلال المكالمات الهاتفية وفهم احتياجاتهم لتحقيق مبيعات ناجحة.
• تحليل السوق: متابعة اتجاهات العقارات وعروض المنافسين، وتقديم تقارير أداء المبيعات إلى الإدارة بانتظام.
• تعزيز خدمة العملاء: ضمان تقديم خدمة عملاء متميزة وحل سريع لاستفسارات العملاء أثناء إدارة قاعدة بيانات العملاء.
• تحقيق أهداف المبيعات: تنفيذ خطط لزيادة معدلات التحويل من المكالمات إلى المبيعات ومراقبة أداء الفريق.

المؤهلات

• أكثر من عامين من الخبرة في المبيعات عبر الهاتف ضمن قطاع العقارات.
• مهارات تفاوض وإقناع قوية.
• القدرة على تحليل السوق وصياغة استراتيجيات مبيعات فعالة.
• المعرفة الجيدة باستخدام أنظمة إدارة علاقات العملاء لتتبع العملاء وإدارة الصفقات.
• مهارات الاتصال الممتازة والقدرة على تحفيز وإدارة فريق.
