Collaborate with the operations and invoicing teams to support order execution and collection processes.
Participate in exhibitions and conferences to represent our services effectively.
Handle customer complaints, ensuring their resolution and satisfaction.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience with a Degree or 8 years with a Diploma in relevant sectors.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English.
Proficient in MS Office applications.
