We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to join our team and contribute to our continuing success.

Job Responsibilities:

Sell the widest range of company’s products for assigned customers based on group channel guidelines.
Provide feedback on competition activity within the sales area and submit suggestions for strategy adjustments if needed.
Prepare special order requests (prices, designs, approvals) and maintain communication with customers and internal stakeholders.
Collect invoices in accordance with the company’s aging policy.
Maintain professional business relationships with customers and revisit lost accounts to regain business.
Open new accounts on JDE or CRM software, ensuring all required documentation is complete.
Transfer customers to the ECOM online platform and assist them in utilizing it effectively.
Identify and document new potential customers in your area using CRM tools.
Drive sales performance by identifying product line gaps and promoting appropriate solutions.

Required Qualifications:

Minimum of a high school degree.
Acceptable English proficiency.
Basic computer literacy.
1-2 years of experience in a related field.

Join Our Team as a Senior Sales Specialist!

At مفيد ® | MUFEED, we're dedicated to excellence in event services. As a Senior Sales Specialist, you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling our AVL systems and event solutions to clients in both the government and private sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

Promote and sell AVL systems and event solutions.
Acquire new clients and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
Prepare technical and financial proposals in collaboration with our technical team.
Follow up on sales opportunities from initial contact through to deal closure.
Represent the company professionally in meetings, events, and exhibitions.
Provide periodic reports on sales performance, opportunities, and market competition.

Qualifications & Experience:

Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Saudi Arabia within AVL systems and event solutions.
Strong technical knowledge of audio, lighting, screens, and control systems.
Proven experience in project sales for government and private sector clients.
Professional or technical certifications are considered a plus.
Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
Proficient in preparing proposals and collaborating effectively with technical teams.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

Sales Target Achievement: Meeting monthly and quarterly sales goals, and total closed deals.
New Business Development: Number of new clients acquired and effective meetings/visits.
Closing Rate: Percentage of closed deals versus open opportunities.
Proposal Quality: Timely submission and accuracy of technical/financial proposals.
Customer Satisfaction: Client feedback following meetings or project delivery.
Client Retention & Growth: Increases in repeat business and retention rates of existing clients.
Process Compliance: Accuracy of reports and data entered in the CRM system.
