Join Hilton as a Pastry Head Chef!
Are you passionate about pastry and creating exquisite dessert experiences? As a Pastry Head Chef, you will be responsible for operating the pastry section of our kitchen while collaborating closely with the Executive Chef and Sous Chef. Your creativity and culinary skills will help us deliver exceptional guest and member experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in running the pastry section of the kitchen.
  • Ensure excellent quality throughout all dessert offerings.
  • Bring creativity to the pastry menu and seasonal offerings.
  • Supervise and coordinate pastry dessert preparation and presentation.
  • Plan production for daily requirements.
  • Manage food cost controls to enhance Food and Beverage revenue.
  • Ensure compliance with food hygiene and Health and Safety regulations.

Candidate Profile:
To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Pastry Chef de Partie or Pastry Chef in a high-volume food production environment. We value creativity in your approach to pastry, along with strong supervisory skills and a positive attitude. Good communication skills and a commitment to exceptional customer service are essential.
