Join Hilton as a Reservations Agent!
Are you passionate about providing exceptional customer service? At Hilton, we are looking for a dedicated Reservations Agent to be the main contact for room reservations at our hotel. As part of our team, you will play a crucial role in influencing guests' decisions to stay with us and ensuring they receive the best service possible.

Your Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first line of inquiry for room reservations, providing excellent customer service.
• Convert inquiries into contracted business and respond positively to sales inquiries.
• Identify and develop future sales leads.
• Ensure all reservations are completed accurately and to the guests’ expectations.
• Provide prompt and efficient service while adhering to Hilton’s brand standards.

What We’re Looking For:

• A passion for delivering great customer service.
• Highly professional telephone manner and excellent communication skills.
• Outstanding administration and organizational skills.
• Intermediate computer proficiency.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a Reservations environment.
• Tertiary qualifications or a collegiate-level degree.
