Join the Hilton team as a F&B Head Waiter!
As a valuable member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing guests with food and drinks as requested efficiently and according to the highest industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage an efficiently operated bar shift, complying with all regulations.
Maintain cleanliness and adhere to Health, Safety, and Hygiene standards.
Ensure all tables receive their orders promptly and accurately.
Leverage upselling techniques to maximize revenue and enhance customer experience.
Ensure compliance with Company policies and standards.

Requirements:

Proven customer service experience in a supervisory role.
Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
A warm personality and smart appearance.
Ability to handle pressure and respond effectively to guest needs.
