Role Overview

Rentokil Boecker Saudi Arabia is seeking a Part-Time Call Center Agent to join its team. This position is open exclusively to Saudi Nationals and is suitable for candidates with 0-1 years of experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer inquiries and ensuring a high standard of customer experience.

Rentokil Initial is a global leader in pest control and hygiene services. This role is based within Rentokil Boecker Saudi Arabia, focusing on delivering essential customer support and service coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Receive and manage customer inquiries across all communication channels, including telephone, website, live chat, WhatsApp, and email.
Log all customer inquiries and prospects accurately into the ICABS system.
Allocate prospects to the assigned Sales Consultant in each relevant branch.
Notify the assigned consultant immediately via email and WhatsApp regarding new prospects.
Follow up on all inquiries within 24 hours to confirm whether the customer has been visited, surveyed, quoted, or converted into a sale.
Escalate any delays or missed actions to the Branch Manager (BM) and Area Sales Manager (ASM) as required.
Maintain accurate records and ensure excellent customer service standards are upheld at all times.

Working Conditions

Working Hours: 4 hours per day, 6 days per week, structured as split shifts.
Work Model: Hybrid, combining both office-based and remote work.
