About the Role

SETE Energy Saudia For Industrial Projects Ltd. is seeking an experienced Engineer Chief Housekeeping to join their team in Jeddah. This full-time position requires a professional to supervise and manage all cleaning and housekeeping operations within the company.

Key Responsibilities

The Engineer Chief Housekeeping will be responsible for overseeing all cleaning and housekeeping activities, providing instruction and guidance to cleaning staff, and conducting reports on completed works. This role involves ensuring all cleaning equipment is properly maintained and that safety plans are supervised and monitored. The position also requires accurate and up-to-date information regarding work areas, and the verification, creation, and management of facility equipment and assets. Regular checks are to be performed before and after activity execution, with a focus on resolving any unexpected technical difficulties. Resource estimation, preparation, and assignment, including manpower, materials, consumables, equipment, and tools, are critical. Liaising with stakeholders to ensure adequate resources for activities and submitting daily site reports, inspection requests, and monitoring reports are also key duties. The role also mandates adherence to health and safety responsibilities as per the Company’s Policy and OHSAS 18001 management system.

Required Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree or higher diploma.
• 7+ years of experience in a relevant field.

Essential Skills and Knowledge

• Advanced knowledge of WCC methodologies and associated equipment, materials, consumables, tools, and manpower allocations.
• Advanced project management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Effective written and oral communication skills, including listening.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Work Context

This is a full-time position based in Jeddah. The role requires a candidate with 5-10 years of experience in a supervisory or engineering capacity related to housekeeping and facility management.
