The Opportunity: Field Sales Professional

QSCO is seeking a Field Sales Professional to join its team. This full-time role is based in Jeddah and Makkah, Saudi Arabia, and is central to supporting business growth. The professional will be responsible for developing new opportunities and building strong client relationships within the food and hospitality industry. Candidates with 0-1 years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct field visits to restaurants, cafés, and various food establishments.
  • Understand client needs and effectively present QSCO's services and solutions.
  • Support the sales process from initial contact through successful partnership development.
  • Collaborate closely with the management team to expand the client network and increase market presence.
  • Strengthen customer relationships and contribute to achieving business growth objectives.
  • Track all field sales activities and maintain accurate customer records.
  • Coordinate meetings and prepare detailed reports to support continuous improvement and sales performance analysis.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

  • Relevant experience (0-1 years) in field sales or service sales roles.
  • Strong ability to identify and develop new business opportunities.
  • Experience in managing customer relationships and sales activities.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients and build long-term professional relationships.
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Good understanding of sales processes and customer needs analysis.
  • Ability to conduct frequent field visits and manage daily sales activities.
  • Proficiency in computer tools and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
  • Experience or understanding of the restaurant, food, or service sectors is preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage priorities and achieve sales objectives.

Work Location

This full-time position requires regular field activities within the cities of Jeddah and Makkah, Saudi Arabia.
