Role Summary

SHURFAT REAL STATE DEVELOPMENT is seeking a Graphic Designer to lead the visual design and branding efforts for the company. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia, responsible for shaping and maintaining the company's visual identity across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Lead visual design and branding initiatives.
Design marketing and promotional materials for digital and print channels.
Create visual concepts for property launches.
Develop brand assets that support project campaigns.
Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and development teams to translate project briefs into compelling visuals.
Ensure brand consistency across presentations, brochures, social media, and signage.
Oversee design quality for all outputs.
Provide guidance to junior designers or external vendors.
Manage multiple design projects and adhere to deadlines.
Contribute to the evolution of the company’s visual identity.

Required Qualifications

Proven ability to create visually impactful materials, preferably for real estate or related industries.
Demonstrated experience in managing end-to-end design projects, from concept development to final production.
A strong portfolio showcasing brand campaigns, marketing collateral, and digital content, ideally for property or lifestyle brands.
Excellent attention to detail and effective time management skills.
Ability to work on-site in Jeddah and collaborate within cross-functional teams.

Work Environment

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. The role requires active participation within a collaborative team environment.
