Panda Retail Company, a key entity within the Savola Group, is seeking a Price Controller Admin.Pricing & Analytics to join its team. This full-time position is based in Jiddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia, and is suitable for candidates with 0-1 years of professional experience, offering a foundational role within the pricing and analytics function.

Role Overview

The Price Controller Admin is responsible for supporting the Pricing & Analytics function by ensuring the accurate maintenance, validation, and execution of pricing data across all systems. This role is critical for ensuring timely price updates, maintaining compliance with approved pricing guidelines, and coordinating effectively with internal stakeholders. The objective is to uphold pricing integrity, ensure operational continuity, and provide reliable reporting that supports informed pricing decisions and smooth execution across all retail channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain pricing master data across approved systems to ensure accuracy, consistency, and readiness for execution.
• Validate price change requests against approved pricing guidelines to ensure compliance before system upload.
• Upload and update price files within defined timelines to support timely price activation across channels.
• Monitor system price discrepancies by comparing reports and source files to ensure data integrity and error resolution.
• Coordinate price activation confirmations with relevant stakeholders to ensure correct implementation in stores and digital platforms.
• Prepare pricing control reports highlighting changes, exceptions, and status updates to support pricing governance.
• Support periodic price audits by compiling documentation and evidence to ensure transparency and control adherence.
• Respond to pricing-related inquiries by providing accurate data and clarifications to enable smooth operational follow-up.

Qualifications and Experience
