About the Sales Manager Role

PSA BDP is seeking a Sales Manager to drive revenue and market share growth within the Jeddah and Makkah regions. This full-time position requires a dedicated professional focused on developing new business and strengthening relationships with existing clients. The role involves improving business development processes for specific services and products through strong sales engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales plans and campaigns to capitalize on market opportunities.
• Manage responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), prepare presentations, and monitor sales leads.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with key contacts within customer organizations to identify value creation opportunities.
• Collaborate with sales and operations management to develop solutions that meet customer needs.
• Facilitate cross-selling initiatives to increase revenue and market penetration.
• Conduct regular meetings with clients and operations staff to evaluate performance and gather client feedback.
• Provide internal marketing support and product/service knowledge.
• Ensure timely collection of payments before shipping.
• Achieve and exceed performance targets.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred. An equivalent combination of work experience and education will also be considered.
• A minimum of 5 years of industry experience is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
