About the Role

Catrion Group is seeking a Specialist, IT Services & Support to join their team in Jeddah. This full-time position involves supporting digital transformation initiatives, driving automation, and contributing to the organization's digital maturity. The role reports to the Sr. Manager, Digital and Transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the execution of digital transformation roadmaps, projects, and initiatives.
• Support the automation of business and IT processes using tools such as RPA and Power Automate.
• Participate in user requirement gathering, solution design, testing, and rollout of digitalization solutions.
• Support data analysis activities to generate business insights and automate reporting.
• Assist in tracking and reporting KPIs and project progress for digital initiatives.
• Collaborate with business users to identify opportunities for process improvement through digital tools.
• Support the design and creation of dashboards and reports using the Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint).
• Coordinate with IT Services and Support teams for seamless integration of digital solutions.
• Support communication and change management efforts for digital projects, including preparing awareness materials and user guides.
• Ensure digital solutions comply with cybersecurity, data privacy, and internal governance standards.
• Assist in evaluating new digital technologies, trends, and vendors.
• Support the maintenance of the digital innovation repository and success stories.
• Contribute to the execution of innovation workshops and brainstorming sessions.

Required Experience

The role requires 2-5 years of relevant experience. This experience should be in supporting digital transformation, automation, and IT innovation initiatives.

Key Skills and Competencies

• Proficiency in supporting digital transformation and automation projects.
• Familiarity with tools such as RPA, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Apps, and SharePoint.
• Ability to participate in requirement gathering, solution design, and testing.
• Skills in data analysis and reporting.
• Understanding of cybersecurity, data privacy, and governance standards.
• Strong collaboration and communication abilities.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Jeddah. The role involves working closely with business users and IT teams to drive digital initiatives and ensure the seamless delivery of digitalization programs.
