Role Overview

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage the full recruitment lifecycle. Core Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities across multiple departments.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific recruitment requirements.
• Develop effective sourcing strategies for difficult-to-fill vacancies.
• Screen applications and conduct initial candidate interviews.
• Coordinate technical and management interviews with relevant stakeholders.
• Prepare comprehensive candidate evaluation reports and recommendations.

• Maintain talent pipelines to address future hiring requirements.
• Monitor recruitment Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and reporting metrics.
• Ensure compliance with internal recruitment policies and relevant employment legislation.
