Role Overview

This is a full-time, on-site Tennis Instructor position based in Jeddah. The Tennis Instructor will be responsible for leading individual and group lessons for both junior and adult participants. The focus will be on teaching fundamental techniques, match play strategies, and fitness relevant to each participant's specific level.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Planning and delivering structured training sessions for various age groups and skill levels.
• Demonstrating tennis skills and techniques effectively.
• Providing constructive feedback to players to aid their development.
• Monitoring and assessing player progress over time.
• Organizing and facilitating clinics, camps, and internal events.

Operational Responsibilities

• Maintaining a welcoming and safe environment on the court at all times.
• Ensuring clear and professional communication with players and their families.
• Responding promptly and effectively to inquiries from members and potential clients.
• Supporting initiatives aimed at membership retention.
• Collaborating with other staff members to uphold The Racquet Space's service standards.

Qualifications and Experience

• Demonstrated strong tennis instruction and playing skills, with the capacity to coach diverse ages and levels.
• Effective communication and customer service skills for professional interaction with players and families.
• Proficiency in training methodologies, including session planning, skill progression, and performance feedback.
• Relevant coaching certification from a recognized tennis federation or organization is preferred.
• Experience working within a club, academy, or sports facility environment is beneficial.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, and meet the physical demands of on-court coaching.
• A commitment to fostering a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment for all participants.

Work Location and Type

This full-time, on-site role is located in Jeddah and Makkah within the Makkah Region. The position requires a commitment to working flexible hours, which may include evenings and weekends, to accommodate training schedules and events.
