Your Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts from end-to-end.
• Simplify contracts for the business: templates, clause libraries, playbooks, and fallback positions (Arabic/English).
• Support strategic projects and cross-border work when required.
• Manage entity lifecycle in KSA, including formations, licensing, renewals, and amendments.
• Ensure governance is organized and audit-ready with POAs, signing authorities, and documents.
• Advise stakeholders across various departments including Procurement, Finance, and Marketing.
• Handle regulatory filings and inspections with government bodies in both Arabic and English.
• Contribute to pre-litigation strategy and coordinate external counsel when needed.

Requirements:

• LLB (Masters preferred).
• Licensed or eligible for licensing in Saudi Arabia.
• Minimum of 5 years PQE with robust Saudi law experience.
• Strong skills in drafting and negotiating complex contracts in compliance with Saudi law.
• Solid understanding of KSA legislative frameworks like Companies Law and Labour Law.
• Excellent Arabic legal drafting and proficient in English.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365, CLM tools, and legal research instruments.
