Join Talent Blueprint FZ LLC as an IT Support Technician (Field)
We are currently seeking an IT Support Technician to provide on-site technical support for end-user IT equipment during a large-scale IT rollout and operations support in Jeddah and Riyadh.

Role Summary:
The IT Support Technician will play a crucial role during both the rollout and live operational phases. The successful candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and support laptops, desktops, monitors, and peripherals.
Deploy, configure, and test local and network printers.
Perform OS setup, user profile configuration, and basic software installations.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues on-site.
Provide first-level user support and on-the-spot technical assistance.
Replace faulty equipment and coordinate repairs or swaps.
Maintain service tickets, checklists, and site sign-off documentation.

Required Experience & Technical Skills:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT helpdesk, field support, or desktop support roles.
Strong working knowledge of Windows OS and standard office applications.
Hands-on experience in supporting printers and peripherals.
Basic understanding of LAN, Wi-Fi, and IP addressing.
Strong communication skills and a customer-service mindset.
Must be available onsite, full-time for the entire project duration.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

تكوين وضبط نظام أودو (الوحدات: المخزون - نقاط البيع - الشراء - التصنيع - المحاسبة).
إدارة عمليات المخازن والمخزون بشكل احترافي، مع الإشراف على مهام مثل توجيه المنتجات، إعداد مواقع التخزين، عمليات الاستلام والإصدار، تحركات المخزون، وقواعد إعادة الطلب.
ترجمة احتياجات الفريق التشغيلي إلى حلول أودو من خلال تحليل الاحتياجات.
إنشاء البنية التحتية التقنية وربط الأجهزة بالنظام (نقاط البيع، الطابعات، شاشات المطبخ، ماسحات الباركود).
حل المشكلات التقنية اليومية لضمان استقرار النظام عبر الفروع والمخازن.
إعداد التقارير ومؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية، ومراقبة تناسق البيانات عبر الأقسام.
تدريب الموظفين وضمان الالتزام بعمليات أودو.
