Join our Team as a Restaurant Operations Manager!

We are looking for a skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to oversee our production cycle of smoked meats, ensuring the highest quality standards throughout all stages of production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the entire production cycle of smoked meats from raw material receiving to packaging and distribution.
• Implement and document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and food safety systems (HACCP).
• Manage supply chain and inventory efficiently including meats, spices, and smoking woods.
• Build and lead high-performance teams while monitoring performance to meet productivity and quality goals.
• Analyze operational costs to enhance product profitability and reduce waste.
• Prepare regular performance reports for senior management and coordinate with relevant departments.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role within the food sector.
• Technical expertise in meat smoking techniques and quality management.
• Strong understanding of restaurant supply chain management and food safety systems.
• Residing in Jeddah.
• Excellent leadership and analytical skills.
